Restorative procedures are used to fix and restore damaged teeth. These treatments restore the strength of the tooth, protect it from further damage, and restore its appearance. Most of our restorations can be made from tooth-coloured materials that are designed to match the colour of your natural enamel.

Fillings
We use two materials to fill cavities. White resin fillings are the same shade as your tooth and blend into your smile. Amalgam fillings are made from silver and are used where durability is a concern or as a less expensive alternative to resin fillings.
Crowns
Crowns are designed to protect a tooth that has been badly damaged or to change the appearance of a tooth that is misshapen. Crowns can be made from a variety of materials depending on your needs and budget.
Inlays & Onlays
These restorations are used to repair extensive damage to your molars. They resemble fillings, but unlike fillings, they’re made in a lab and cemented into place in your tooth. They come in two types: onlays are designed to repair the cusps (biting parts) of your molars, and inlays are designed to repair the “valleys” between the cusps.
Bridges
When one or two teeth are missing, we can use a bridge to restore your smile. Bridges are made of porcelain or gold alloy, and they’re cemented or bonded to the teeth on either side of the space left by the missing teeth.
